Part One

September 30, 2012
Palmer Events Center
Austin, TX

This would be our first time going to a nationally-renowned car show. We knew this would be a great experience just by the long line of cars heading to the parking garage, and the equally long line of people waiting to get inside the venue. What convinced me though was the quality of cars parked in the garage for spectators. Here's one example below - a clean FD.

I wish I took some photos of more cars in the garage, but we were just too eager to fall in line and slowly creep towards the ticket (more like stamp) booth. On our way down to the line, I spotted this TE21 Corolla, just parked by the stairwell.

Waiting in line wasn't too bad, since the weather has been pretty that week.

Upon entering the venue, we were greeted by a line-up of slammed 350Z's.

I will post more coverage photos in the days to come. Make sure to check the blog once in a while.
