Houston Coffee and Cars
February 2, 2013
Vintage Park, Houston, TX
This past Saturday's meet was unofficially the "first" meet for the year, since the January meet was spoiled by rain. Fortunately, last Saturday was welcomed with a cool and sunny morning, which was very favorable for both cars and people. There was a phenomenal turn-out of a wide variety of vehicles in pure Houston Coffee and Cars fashion. The spectator attendance on the other hand was equally, if not more, impressive than all the previous C&C that I have ever been to.
The design update is pretty good, which harks back to the first and second generations' rounded fenders and overall shape. The power increase, weight reduction, and suspension bits would be the highlights of the new generation.
Going around the parking lot and scouting on some interesting cars was a bit tedious this month considering the amount of people in attendance. It was difficult finding the right timing to take photos because of people walking right in between the camera and the cars. Here's a smorgasbord of automotive eye candy for you, starting off with a Renault 5 Group B rally car.
Now, feast all you want...
Here's some bikes and bark to end the coverage. See you all next month.
